7-Day Return Window
You have seven (7) days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Easy Resolution Options
To start a request, email us at support@apexrepz.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item. To save you the hassle and expensive cost of shipping the item back to our fulfillment center, we offer these simple options:
- Keep It & Keep your Cash ($5.00 Refund): If you simply changed your mind, we will immediately issue you a $5.00 refund to your original payment method, and you can keep the gear completely for free as a gift! No shipping back required.
- Free Damaged Replacement: If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or broken, send us a quick photo. We will ship you a brand new replacement completely free of charge. No return required!
Any approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
